Sheikh Nadir Siddiquee decided to add some muscle mass and we started working on it .. in almost 9 months i have added 4kg of muscle mass while maintaining the abs during the whole process..
The best results come out when you trust your coach and listen to his each advice and trust his plan.. the best thing about Nadir Sir is that he have never pushed me to eat too low calories, whether its the process of gaining or the process of comp prep I always used to follow flexible dieng. I am grateful to my mentor who have take me to such having the physique which i never dreamt of.. will continue pushing myself and achieve the best.
