Do we have to track calories?

Yes. If you refuse tracking, Nadir coaching is not the right fit. We need numbers to make smart decisions. Without data, we're guessing — and guessing is what got you stuck in the first place.

Do we have to track workouts?

Yes. If you don't log training, it becomes much harder to improve what's actually causing the problem. Execution review requires a record to review.

Do we need a gym?

For Nadir coaching, yes. Resistance training that changes your physique requires proper equipment. For Swati coaching, the setup can be adjusted based on your equipment and goal.

Will this feel easy?

No. It will be made doable, but visible body change still takes real work. The difference is that the work will be the right work — not just more of what hasn't worked.

Will we get random bodyweight circuits?

No. The focus is structured resistance training and progressive execution — not random effort that keeps you active without changing anything.

How long do we need to commit?
