Return & Refund Policy – Get Fit With Nadir

At Get Fit With Nadir, we offer digital coaching services that are personalised and time-bound. As such, we maintain a strict no refund policy once a coaching plan has been purchased and activated.

 


 

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges

 

 

  • Since our products are digital services (not physical goods), there are no returns or exchanges.

  • Once a client is onboarded and the program is created, it is considered a delivered service.

 

 


 

 

2. Non-Refundable Payments

 

 

  • All payments are non-refundable, whether for short-term or long-term coaching plans.

  • This applies to all plans — including the Foundation Plan, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month packages.

 

 


 

 

3. Exceptions (At Coach’s Discretion)

 


Refunds or partial credits may be considered only in rare, exceptional circumstances such as:

 

  • Serious medical conditions (with proof)

  • Technical errors in billing or duplicate charges

 


These exceptions are at the sole discretion of Get Fit With Nadir and must be requested in writing within 7 days of purchase.
