Since our services are digital, there are no physical products involved, so the traditional shipping and exchange policies don’t apply. However, here’s our policy for online consultations and services:
1. Service Delivery:
• All fitness consultations, training programs, and nutrition plans are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage, google sheets or fitness app.
• Initial consultations are conducted via video call or phone, at a time mutually agreed upon with the client.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
• Consultations: Clients may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Training Plans: If a client wishes to make changes to a fitness or nutrition plan after delivery, they can request modifications within 7 days. Changes will be made at no additional charge if the client is within the initial consultation agreement.
3. Refunds:
• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not offered for consultations or programs once services have been delivered.
• If a client is dissatisfied within the first 7 days of a subscription or service, they may contact us to discuss adjustments or a potential credit toward future services.
4. No Physical Products:
• As our services are entirely digital, we do not engage in shipping of physical products, and there are no exchanges or returns applicable.
