I was a skinny kid since my childhood. I was 35kgs when I started my journey. In my early 20s,I suffered from #eatingdisorder because of my bad lifestyle.I underwent a surgery to remove a tumour in my gallbladder.Things got worse afterwards,I found out that I have #PCOS & GERD (Hiatal hernia) too. I had to sleep on elevated bed and had to leave my favourite food because of GERD. My confidence and self believe was gone.It was a never ending spiral of pain. But one day,l decided that I had to do something about this as I was done with crying and self loathing.I started watching youtube videos of workout. I never believed that this all would work but I had to start something so I did with whatever information was available that time.I worked on my lifestyle, changed my eating habits. I gained weight but that was all fat as everything is not correct on google or youtube.Gaining weight and gaining muscles are two different things.I was so skinny one time that I used to focus on only gaining weight.I ended up gaining fat. Then I met my coach & husband now Sheikh Nadir Siddiquee He helped me with improving my body composition.I started tracking my calories and stopped checking my weight again and again. I fell in love with strength training and its a FOREVER LOVE now.
