Hi there! I’m Sheikh Nadir Siddiquee, a fitness coach, educator and co-author for some renowned fitness courses. I have coached over 3000 people across the globe in the last 9 years.
I am also a co-founder of the fitness community FITTR (formerly known as SQUATS). I’m excited to share a bit about myself and my journey in the world of fitness.
One of my proudest accomplishments is developing fitness courses for the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences (INFS). These courses are designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
My mission is to make fitness accessible to everyone. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life. That’s why I offer a wide range of resources, including online fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
