I’m Sheikh Nadir Siddiquee, an online fitness coach with over 9 years of experience in coaching 3500 plus people like you across the globe and helping them achieve their fitness goals through customized training and nutrition plans. I specialise in exercise mechanics, which allows me to ensure that every movement is done with proper form and technique for maximum safety and results. I provide detailed feedback by reviewing workout videos, helping you fine-tune your technique as you progress. I also create nutrition plans that are tailored to your specific preferences and lifestyle, from dietary restrictions to achieving your fitness goals in a way that fits seamlessly into your life.
In addition to my practical experience, I’ve had the opportunity to co-author courses for fitness coaches at the INFS and served as a Senior Faculty of Exercise Education there.
