Is this aggressive or restrictive?

No. We fit the plan to your life. You will eat like a normal person at home and at restaurants while still moving forward.

Do I have to track calories?

Default: yes in most phases because it is the fastest route to clarity and results. If tracking is not right for your season of life, we will use the plate method and portion guidelines, but you should expect slower feedback.

Do I need a gym?

Gym access is best. If you train at home, share your equipment and we will tailor it.

Will I talk to a coach?

Yes weekly calls are a part of the program.

What support do I get day to day?

Who can join Photoshoot Prep?

You should already be in decent shape and be working with Nadir directly. It is a focused annual project with a group photoshoot in Dubai.

Is visa or travel included?

No. Visa and travel are not included. Coaching, preparation, and the group photoshoot in Dubai are included.

What if I hit a plateau?

We audit training quality, food consistency, recovery, and stress. Then we pull the right lever, load, volume, exercise swap, or nutrition tweak.
