I’ve trained with a few in-person, US-based personal trainers before, but I was never able to push myself beyond a certain limit—physically or mentally. Since training with Nadir online, that has completely changed.

He teaches me how to engage the right muscles during each movement, so I feel the exercise exactly where I should, without straining or compensating with other body parts.

‱ He showed me how to straighten my arms and push through the handles during leg curls to maximize impact.

Before training with Nadir, I was told by multiple trainers to avoid machines or to stick with lighter weights—things like 25-30 lbs on cable rows or 30-40 lbs on leg presses. No one took the time to correct my form or help me build real strength.

Now, with Nadir’s guidance, I’m pulling 60 lbs on cable rows, pushing myself to 75-80 lbs on leg machines, and feeling stronger, more toned, and more energized overall. (For reference, I weigh around 105 lbs.) I truly appreciate how much thought and expertise he brings to every session. He’s helped me surpass limitations I didn’t even realize I had.
