About me

From being the skinny kid who got bullied to helping people build bodies they are proud of.

I grew up in Koraput, Odisha. I did well in academics and struggled with sports. I was skinny, weak, and often bullied for how I looked.

During engineering, I started lifting with no real plan. I followed random online programs. None of it worked. At 5 feet 10 and 48 kilos, I was lost.

Years of trial and error taught me what shortcuts never will. By 2015, I built a body I was proud of. Fitness became my work. I left my IT job after 6 years and started coaching.

I have coached thousands of clients worldwide. My focus is structure, education, and execution, so you stop guessing.

Every year, I organise and sponsor professional fitness photoshoots for my clients. It is proof of what consistency looks like.

Is visa or travel included?

No. Coaching preparation and the group photoshoot are included. Visa and travel are not.
