From being the skinny kid who got bullied to helping people all over the world build bodies they are proud of, this is how it started.
I grew up in a small town called Koraput in Odisha. I studied in a small public school, did well in academics and struggled with sports. I was skinny, weak and often bullied for how I looked. That experience shaped me more than I knew.
During my engineering days, I started working out. I had no idea what I was doing. I followed random online programs that promised abs and muscle in six weeks. None of it worked. At 5 feet 10 and 48 kilos, I was completely lost.
Years of trial and error taught me more than any shortcut. By 2015, I had finally built a body I was proud of. Fitness stopped being a hobby and became my work. I earned my certification, quit my IT job after six years as a BI consultant and began coaching to help others avoid the confusion I faced.
Over the next decade, I became a co founding member of a large fitness brand in India. I coached thousands of clients worldwide and helped shape how online coaching grew in the country. But I wanted to do more than send plans. I wanted to teach people the why behind training and nutrition.
That vision became Get Fit With Nadir, a system based on structure, education and execution. I moved to Dubai to grow it further and to coach people who want serious natural transformations.
I have authored books and written certification modules for the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences, including India’s first Calisthenics Trainer Certification. I hold RTS Level 1 and have attended RTS Level 2 twice because mastery takes repetition.
Every year, I organise and sponsor professional fitness photoshoots for my clients. On 19 April 2025, I hosted one of the largest client group photoshoots in Delhi. The goal is not vanity. It is proof of what consistent effort looks like. The next Dubai shoot will be even bigger.
