What changed after joining Nadir

1. As I was just 4 months post a major surgery I had no strength even to lift 5 pounds. He discovered workouts for me using daisy band and ankle straps which cant be found anywhere over the entire internet. That shows his expertise knowledge towrads exercise mechanism.

2. I was going through severe anxiety, depression and panic attacks but he made sure he was there to listen and awlays says “I understand”.

3. he make me learned that nofood is good or bad just we need to plan smartly.

4. He educated me about making my diet chart rather than restricting me to a given diet.

5. Even when he was in vacation and even on weekends when I was on my icn comp prep he took care of my queries and anxiety to the best.

6. Before meeting Nadir I was guestimating my veggies and not doing step count but was relying on HIIT. He taught me eve veggies have enough calories to be considered and counting steps can do wonders than tourturing with the workouts making you breathless.

7. He make sure to correct teh form until it is correct. There as a time I felt tired sending workout form vidoes but he wasn’t reviwing and correcting them.

8. Earlier I was doing 2 hours workout with 8-10 workouts in a day for 6* a week. He reduced it to 5-6 per day that too only 5* a week whcih saved half of my time by properly structuring my workout plan.

9. I learnt with him that eating less is not true method of lossing fat but over all energy expenditure matters. In that way I learnt to eat more and burning more by increasing daily activities.

10. If I go off track he don’t get angry but tries to understand what went wrong and how I can improve. This gave me confident to open up with him about if any failure in the plan.
