Why you feel stuck even when you are doing a lot

You are not starting from zero. You are already putting in effort. It just is not lined up in a way that changes your shape.

How our coaching works

We build around your real life. We review your work each week. We keep adjusting. You see it in your photos, your strength and your confidence.

  1. We map your current life, job, family, training, food and stress levels.
  2. We design a training and nutrition plan that fits your time, equipment and preferences.
  3. You see your plan inside the app, follow the sessions and send form clips when needed.
  4. Once a week you check in. We review your week, your form, your food and your recovery.
  5. We tell you what to adjust. Load, volume, food, steps, sleep or strategy for events.
  6. We repeat this cycle and keep building. Small changes stack into visible results.

Train with confidence

Your plan shows you exactly what to do when you walk into the gym or train at home. Sets, reps, tempo and cues are clear. You send videos of key lifts so we can correct your setup, range and control. You stop guessing and stop copying what others do. You start feeling the right muscles and protecting your joints.

Fuel your body right

You know what and how much to eat for your goals. If you track, you have clear calorie and protein targets. If you do not track, you have simple plate rules and meal ideas that match your culture and schedule. We plan for office lunches, dinners, weekends and travel so you do not blow up progress every time life gets busy.

See your body change

Each week we look at your photos, your weight trend, your strength and how you feel. If you are progressing, we keep pushing. If you are stuck, we adjust. Over weeks and months, you see more muscle, better lines, tighter waist and clothes that fit the way you always wanted.

About me

From being the skinny kid who got bullied to helping people all over the world build bodies they are proud of, this is how it started.

I grew up in a small town called Koraput in Odisha. I studied in a small public school, did well in academics and struggled with sports. I was skinny, weak and often bullied for how I looked. That experience shaped me more than I knew.

During my engineering days, I started working out. I had no idea what I was doing. I followed random online programs that promised abs and muscle in six weeks. None of it worked. At 5 feet 10 and 48 kilos, I was completely lost.

Years of trial and error taught me more than any shortcut. By 2015, I had finally built a body I was proud of. Fitness stopped being a hobby and became my work. I earned my certification, quit my IT job after six years as a BI consultant and began coaching to help others avoid the confusion I faced.

Over the next decade, I became a co founding member of a large fitness brand in India. I coached thousands of clients worldwide and helped shape how online coaching grew in the country. But I wanted to do more than send plans. I wanted to teach people the why behind training and nutrition.

That vision became Get Fit With Nadir, a system based on structure, education and execution. I moved to Dubai to grow it further and to coach people who want serious natural transformations.

I have authored books and written certification modules for the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences, including India’s first Calisthenics Trainer Certification. I hold RTS Level 1 and have attended RTS Level 2 twice because mastery takes repetition.

Every year, I organise and sponsor professional fitness photoshoots for my clients. On 19 April 2025, I hosted one of the largest client group photoshoots in Delhi. The goal is not vanity. It is proof of what consistent effort looks like. The next Dubai shoot will be even bigger.

Today, I coach men and women who want to get in the best shape of their lives naturally. I teach them how to train with purpose, eat with structure and build habits that sustain progress for life.

Questions people ask

Is this aggressive or restrictive

No. We fit the plan to your life. You eat like a normal person and still move forward.

Do I have to track calories

Default yes because it is fast and clear. When life is messy we can use a simple plate method.

Do I need a gym

Gym is best. If you train at home we tailor to your equipment.

Will I talk to a coach

Yes. You have structured check ins and calls, not just a file.

Who can join Photoshoot Prep

You should already be in solid shape and be working with me directly. It ends with a group photoshoot in Dubai.

Is visa or travel included

No. Coaching preparation and the group photoshoot are included. Visa and travel are not.

What if I hit a plateau

We audit training, food, recovery and stress. Then we pull the lever that moves you again.
